These general terms and conditions of sale and business apply to all purchases from Sponser Sport Food AG (hereinafter referred to as SPONSER).
Separate GTC's apply to customers with special purchase conditions.
The online product offers are only valid while they are visible on the website and while stocks last. The images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and as such non-binding.
All information and explanations given on leaflets are for explanatory purposes only and non-binding. SPONSER declines all responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with the illustrations, dimensions, sizes, explanations, etc. mentioned in the texts and illustrations.
In the event of obvious pricing errors, SPONSER may withdraw from the acceptance of the order.
Delivery shall only be made to delivery addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (hereinafter referred to as the delivery area).
Services and deliveries by SPONSER are made exclusively based on the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC's) at the time of receipt of the order.
The delivery is usually dispatched within two working days to the address specified by the customer within the delivery area.
If a delay in delivery is foreseeable, the customer will be notified. No claim for indemnity can be derived from a delay in delivery.
By concluding the order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. SPONSER must be notified immediately of any errors.
Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail or in the online shop.
A small-quantity surcharge of CHF 10.00 shall be charged for orders of less than CHF 25.00.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax (VAT). The offers are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes in offers and prices, even without prior notice, are reserved. Discounts are not cumulative.
Depending on the net order value, the following shipping costs will be charged:
The shipping risk shall pass to the customer at the moment the delivery is handed over to the logistics partner.
Customers with special conditions pay the shipping costs according to separate terms and conditions, which can be found in the customer account.
Returns: Customers have the right to return the goods within 30 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods. Only unopened and unused products are accepted. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
SPONSER must be notified immediately of any complaints. In principle, opened or used products cannot be exchanged, unless the circumstances have been expressly agreed with SPONSER. If items from a delivery are damaged, a right of withdrawal or return for the entire delivery does not automatically apply. A claim for replacement applies only to those items that are damaged.
SPONSER offers customers the following payment options:
Digital payment processing is SSL-encrypted via Wallee.
No additional fees will be charged by SPONSER, regardless of the payment method.
Credit checks: SPONSER reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and, if necessary, to cancel or reject an order without reason or to restrict the payment options.
Upon expiry of the payment deadline, the customer shall automatically be in default, even without a reminder. If the customer fails to settle the debt, SPONSER may claim indemnity and proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). If the debtor has to be reminded due to a delay in payment, he/she shall be charged additional reminder fees of CHF 10.00 from the second reminder and an additional CHF 30.00 from the third reminder.
The delivered goods shall remain the property of SPONSER until payment has been made in full.

If the customer does not, or no longer agrees to the storage of personal data or if this data has become incorrect, we will arrange for the deletion of the data on the instructions of the customer and, on request, provide information about all data stored by us. Texts, images, animations, presentations and videos contained in the SPONSER online shop as well as their design are the intellectual property of SPONSER. All design features, including the layout and structure of the website, are subject to copyright protection and other protective laws. Copying, distributing, modifying or passing on the contents to third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted. The use of all content requires the prior written consent of SPONSER.
All other company names, brand names and trademarks listed are the property of the respective manufacturers and are only used for clear identification.
SPONSER draws attention to the fact that, due to differing jurisdiction and interpretations on the part of regulatory authorities in various countries, no guarantee can be given for the conformity of advertising texts with national law regulations. All texts are drafted to the best of our knowledge and belief. Publications and formulations from the SPONSER website or from the SPONSER info sheets are adopted exclusively at the user's own risk.
External links: SPONSER accepts no liability for Internet links that lead to external Internet sites. SPONSER has no influence on the accuracy and appearance of such content (text or media formats) and disclaims any liability.
SPONSER's liability for indemnity due to simple negligence, regardless of the legal grounds, is limited as follows:
Should individual provisions of these GTC's be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining provisions. In the event of any initial or future invalidity, voidness, or unenforceability of one or more provisions of these GTC's, such provision(s) shall be replaced by a valid provision(s) which comes as close as possible to the commercial intentions and purposes of the invalid provision(s). The same procedure shall be followed if one or more omissions from these GTC's become apparent.
The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau, Canton Schwyz. The statutory provisions of Swiss law shall apply.
SPONSER reserves the right to change the GTC's at any time without prior notice.
