The competitions/raffles are organized by SPONSER SPORT FOOD AG, Fürtistrasse 5, CH-8832 Wollerau, or SPONSER EUROPE GmbH, Heuriedweg 30, D-88131 Lindau. Both companies are hereinafter referred to as SPONSER.
The following rules apply to competitions and raffles. For simplicity, we will refer to them as "competitions" in each case.
By completing the competition form on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Conditions of participation
• Participation in the competition is free of charge.
• Only one entry per person/competition is permitted. Multiple entries are not permitted and will result in disqualification from the competition.
• All persons over the age of 18 residing in the DACH region are eligible to participate, unless otherwise stated. SPONSER employees are excluded.
• The winners will be randomly drawn after the entry deadline and notified via email (contest on our website) or private message on Facebook/Instagram (contest on social media). Legal recourse, cash payment, or exchange of the prize are excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The prizes will be sent by mail or electronically, depending on the address provided.
• SPONSER disclaims any liability, including for delayed or failed delivery of prizes and their use. SPONSER reserves the right to cancel and terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice or stating reasons.
• SPONSER accepts no liability if technical problems occur during the competition, if the website cannot be accessed, or if data is not transmitted or saved correctly.
• SPONSER may change or adapt these terms and conditions of participation at any time.
• Prizes related to participation in an event are valid in the name of the participating person and are not transferable to third parties.
• Social Media Notice: Participants acknowledge that this competition is in no way affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook/Instagram.
• The place of jurisdiction is Wollerau. Swiss law applies.
Data protection
By participating in the competition, each participant agrees that their personal data will be used to administer the competition. This personal data will be used to administer the competition (drawing, notification, and dispatch of prizes) and to send the newsletter. For competitions with cooperation partners that are clearly mentioned in the competition, the collected personal data may be passed on to them; otherwise, the data will not be passed on to third parties outside of SPONSER. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that, in the event of a win, their name may be published on Facebook/Instagram.
