Services and deliveries by SPONSER are made exclusively based on the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as GTC's) at the time of receipt of the order.
The delivery is usually dispatched within two working days to the address specified by the customer within the delivery area.
If a delay in delivery is foreseeable, the customer will be notified. No claim for indemnity can be derived from a delay in delivery.
By concluding the order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions. SPONSER must be notified immediately of any errors.
Orders can be placed by phone, e-mail or in the online shop.
A small-quantity surcharge of CHF 10.00 shall be charged for orders of less than CHF 25.00.
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax (VAT). The offers are non-binding and without guarantee. Errors or changes in offers and prices, even without prior notice, are reserved. Discounts are not cumulative.

The shipping risk shall pass to the customer at the moment the delivery is handed over to the logistics partner.
Returns: Customers have the right to return the goods within 30 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by returning the goods. Only unopened and unused products are accepted. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
SPONSER must be notified immediately of any complaints. In principle, opened or used products cannot be exchanged, unless the circumstances have been expressly agreed with SPONSER. If items from a delivery are damaged, a right of withdrawal or return for the entire delivery does not automatically apply. A claim for replacement applies only to those items that are damaged.

No additional fees will be charged by SPONSER, regardless of the payment method.
Credit checks: SPONSER reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and, if necessary, to cancel or reject an order without reason or to restrict the payment options.
