Power Porridge is a warm breakfast designed for athletes.

Preparation is simple: just add hot water and/or milk. This allows the starch granules to absorb liquid and gelatinise, giving Power Porridge ist smooth texture while enhanching digestibility.

Power Porridge is an ideal basis for long distances and ultra endurance performances.

Enriched with Vitargo®, the patented carbohydrate derived from waxy maize starch. Vitargo® has a molecular weight approximately 100 times higher than that of conventional cereal starches. Power Porridge also contains OatWell®, an oat bran concentrate rich in betaglucans (soluble dietary fibre) with gel-forming properties.

Providing 15 g of high-quality protein per serving, it offers an ideal nutritional foundation for demanding days.

This product is vegan and lactosefree.

Use as energy-rich breakfast or pre-race meal.

Consume 2–4 hours before the activity.

Mix 3 scoops Power Porridge (approx. 60 g) with 100 ml of water and 100 ml of milk. Bring briefly to a boil, then leave to stand forr 2-3 minutes to thicken. Add cinnamon to taste, if desired.

100 ml of the preparation contains 589 kJ (140 kcal). Preparation with 60 g powder + 100 ml milk (2.8% fat) + 100 ml water.
