High Energy Bar - the premium cereal bar from Sponser® provides fast and long-lasting energy to support you during peak sporting performance.

The energy bar combines short-, medium- and long-chain carbohydrates to provide a gradual and sustained release of energy. Depending on the flavour, the added milk protein provides 7-9% protein, which is particularly important for supporting muscle function during prolonged endurance activities.

The pre-gelatinised oat ingredients make High Energy Bar easy to digest, ensuring optimal tolerance even under intense conditions. The energy bar is also enriched with medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) from coconut and rapeseed oil, providing an additional source of easily digestible energy.

For many years our High Energy Bar has been a firm favorite among numerous elite athletes who need to rely on solid food during competition - particularly cyclists and triathletes.
